Terms

Jobs by quotation require a 50% down payment at the onset of work. Special payment considerations can be made on a case by case basis. The remainder is payable on satisfactory completion of contracted tasks. A location fee and/or mileage will be charged to travel to client locations for acquisition of material or information.

All receipts are Net 10 Days unless arrangements are made otherwise. Make checks payable to Doug G. Pierson.

Designed and created web sites or pages and any documentation or graphical material Pierson Publishing LLC creates and delivers to it's clients are considered finished products. I will retain a copy on CD-ROM as a backup for your safety, but I do not claim ownership of the product. We retain the copyrights to the design and layout, however or any special code we create that is not part of your proprietary business material.

Continued maintenance of the any listed product or service can be purchased at negotiable rates. Service contract costs are dependant upon frequency of updates, the extent of the updates and how much material we create versus what you supply. One proof/approval cycle is included in project quotes. Errors on our part are fixed at no cost in the proofing and approval process.

Pierson Publishing LLC is not liable for any business or productivity loss, implied or real, as a result of the use of any of the listed products or services or any failures to meet the expectations of the business purpose of the said product.

Privacy

The Pierson Publishing web site will use cookies for identification when users are making payments. Other than that no personally identifiable information id obtained or retained by any mechanism. User data is held strictly confidential and proprietary.
